Credit & Lead Exchange Policy
In the event you feel a lead is defective, please email your request to projectexchange@improvenet.com and provide your member number, project number, and reason for requesting an exchange. If your request is approved, a one-time credit or lead exchange will be issued for a new lead. All exchange requests must be made within the 5-day period immediately following the acceptance of the lead. Exchanges will not be given for any other reasons.
